Preston Williams is a wide receiver with the Miami Dolphins football team of the National Football League. He was born on March 27, 1997, in the Georgian town of Lovejoy in the United States. He played high school football when a student at Lovejoy High School in Lovejoy, Georgia. After graduating from high school, he played football for the University of Tennessee.

During his two seasons of play at Tennessee (2015–2016), he caught 16 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns. He transferred to Colorado State University, where he played football for the Rams while pursuing his academic goals. In May 2019, Williams, an undrafted free agent, agreed to terms with the Miami Dolphins. He was listed as one of the 53 players.
