Raekwon McMillan is a young linebacker for the New England Patriots of the National Football League.  The Miami Dolphins chose him in the draft, and he also has experience playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Midway, which is located in Georgia, is the town where McMillan was born. He was given the name Raekwon, after the Wu-Tang Clan member and rapper Raekwon. He received his high school education from Liberty County High School, which is located in Hinesville, Georgia.

In 2013, he was given the Butkus Award for High School Athletes. According to, McMillan was the best inside linebacker recruit in his class and received a perfect score of five stars.

He attended Ohio State University and played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. In his first season as a freshman in 2014, he played in 13 games and recorded 54 tackles, 2.5 sacks, an interception that he returned for 24 yards, and a pass defended.

He appeared in 13 games as a sophomore in 2015, recording 119 tackles, 1.5 sacks, four passes deflected, and a fumble recovery. In 2016, while he was a junior, he played in 13 games and recorded 102 tackles, two sacks, five passes defended, and two forced fumbles. McMillan announced his decision to join the 2017 NFL Draft following the completion of his junior year.
