Richie Palacios, real name Richard Palacios happens to be an American-born professional baseball player with the Cleveland Indians baseball team. He serves as an outfielder for the Indians. He is 1.78 m tall and weighs 82 kg.



He was born on May 16, 1997, in Brooklyn, New York in the USA. He played baseball for his high school at Berkeley Carroll School in New York City. When he graduated from high school, he enrolled at Towson University where he played college baseball.

He was selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 3rd round of the 2018 MLB draft. He signed with them and made his professional debut that year with the Arizona League Indians, Mahoning Valley Scrappers and Lake County Captains. He got injured in 2019 so he didn’t play in any game during that season.

The 2020 minor league season got cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic thus he missed that season too. When the season resumed in 2021, he spent it with the Akron Rubber Ducks and was promoted during the season to the Columbus Clippers.

The Indians added him to their 40-man roster in November 2021. He was called up to the major leagues on April 25 2022 and he made his MLB debut for the Indians that same day.
