Sony Kevin Michel is a player for the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins. On February 17, 1995, his parents, Jean and Marie Michel, gave birth to him in Orlando, Florida, in the United States. Michel attended American Heritage School in Plantation, Florida. He was the American Heritage Patriots’ starting running back as of his eighth-grade campaign.

He competed in track & field events at American Heritage. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the University of Georgia, where he played NCAA football for the Georgia Bulldogs. In the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Michel was selected by the New England Patriots. He was selected as the third running back that season.

Michel finished his debut season with six touchdowns, thanks to his 931 yards rushing and seven receptions for 50 yards. Having 24 touches for 129 yards and three touchdowns in the divisional round triumph over the Los Angeles Chargers, Michel had a stellar day.
