Trayvon Mullen is currently in his fourth season in the NFL and his first with the Arizona Cardinals.

The former Clemson Tigers player was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the second round (40th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft and made his NFL debut in the first week of a game against the Denver Broncos.

After graduating from high school, Mullen was a highly sought-after cornerback and was ranked by ESPN as the class’s number two cornerback.

Mullen had scholarship offers from a variety of schools, including LSU, Florida State, and Alabama, among others. On national signing day, Mullen made the decision to enroll at Clemson.

When Mullen was a freshman at Clemson, he saw limited playing time due to injury. During his sophomore year, Mullen saw a considerable increase in playing time, as seen by the fact that he registered 42 tackles, three interceptions, and seven pass breakups throughout 668 snaps spread across 13 games, 12 of which he started.

Following the season, Mullen was named to the All-ACC Honorable Mention team. After the conclusion of the 2018 season, Mullen made the decision public that he would not return for his senior year and instead enter the 2019 NFL Draft.
