From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the Tigers. He had intermittent playing time as a freshman, contributing 15 tackles and 1 pass breakup. He saw substantially more action as a sophomore, accruing 42 tackles, three interceptions, and seven pass breakups in 668 snaps across 13 games.
