While there, he was the Arizona State Sun Devils’ representative.
As a junior with the Sun Devils, he played in 13 games and made one start. He played in just two games as a senior in 2020, contributing a total of five tackles. He returned to play for Arizona State in 2021 while a graduate student, recording 42 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and a strip sack.
He was nominated by the Pac-12 for an Honorable Mention Defensive Back award after his 2021 season performance. The New England Patriots picked him in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He signed his official rookie contract with the Patriots on June 2022. The pact also included a $3.6 million salary paid over four years and a signing bonus of $746,984.
