Jameson Lee Taillon (born November 18, 1991) is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the New York Yankees. He was a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates’ prior team.

In the 2010 MLB draft, the Pirates selected Taillon second overall. In 2016, he debuted in the major leagues. Before the 2021 season, the Pirates sent Taillon to the Yankees.

Taillon was dealt to the New York Yankees on January 24, 2021, in exchange for prospects Miguel Yajure, Roansy Contreras, Maikol Escotto, and Canaan Smith. After having a 1.16 ERA in July, he was awarded the American League Pitcher of the Month.

He was 8–6 with a 4.30 ERA in 29 starts in 2021, striking out 140 batters in 144+13 innings.

On May 8, 2017, Taillon had surgery to remove a tumor from his testicles. A testicle was taken from him. He had been cancer-free since the beginning of 2019.

Taillon was born in the United States, although his parents are Canadian, and he is a dual citizen.
