He formerly played for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball. He signed as an international free agent with the Yankees in 2014 and made his MLB debut in 2021.

Park signed as an international free agent with the New York Yankees on July 2, 2014. In 56 games with the rookie-level Pulaski Yankees in 2015, he hit .239/.351/.383 for a .239/.351/.383 batting line.

He batted .225/.336/.329 with two home runs and 34 RBI for the Single-A Charleston RiverDogs in 2016.

Park split 2017 between Charleston and the High-A Tampa Yankees, batting .251/.348/.359 with a .251/.348/.359 slash line and career highs in home runs and RBIs (39).

Park returned to Tampa for the 2018 season, hitting .258/.387/.349 in 103 games with six home runs and 34 RBI.

Park had a .272/.363/.370 slash line with the Double-A Trenton Thunder in 2019, with three home runs and a career-high 41 RBI.

Park did not play in a game in 2020 since the minor league season was canceled due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Park began the 2021 season with the Somerset Patriots of Double-A before being promoted to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders of Triple-A.

Following a COVID-19 outbreak in the big league team, Park was added to the Yankees’ taxi squad on July 15, 2021.

Park was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 26, 2021, along with Diego Castillo, for Clay Holmes. He was then assigned to the Indianapolis Indians of the Triple-A level.

On July 31, the Pirates promoted Park to the major leagues. Park’s first major – hit came the next day against the Philadelphia Phillies when he hit a double.
