Kevin Zeitler plays guard for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 1.93 m tall and weighs 143 kg. While attending Wisconsin Lutheran High School, he played football for the high school team, the Wisconsin Lutheran Vikings. He received football honors as a junior, including first team all-conference, first team all-region, and second team all-area.

During his senior year, he received first-team all-conference, conference lineman of the year, first-team all-region, and first-team all-area honors. He played for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2008 to 2011 while a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

During his rookie season, Zeitler started at right guard for all 16 of the Bengals’ games. Among Bengals linemen, he had the greatest rating and only allowed four sacks all season. Throughout his five seasons with the Bengals, he started 71 of 72 games at right guard. When he agreed to a five-year, $60 million deal with the Cleveland Browns in March 2017, he rose to the position of highest-paid guard in the NFL.
