Sweat, a Chesapeake, Virginia native, played on Andrew Brown’s team at Oscar F. Smith High School. He had 94 tackles during his junior season, which helped Oscar Smith advance unbeaten to the 2013 VHSL 6A state championship game before being defeated 35-6 by Centreville High School.
