Luis Garcia who was known to be originally signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers was known to have been an Amateur free agent at the time in the year 2004 when he was at the age of 16. He was initially called up to the MLB on July 9, 2013. He was known to have made his Major league debut on  July 10, 2013, against the Washington Nationals at the Citizens Bank Park.
