After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Jackson signed a deal with the Indianapolis Colts on May 1. Jackson was released by the Colts on September 1 with an injury designation, and he later joined their injured reserve list.

Jackson joined the Cleveland Browns practice squad on October 31, 2018. He was released by the Browns on December 13th, 2018. On September 1, 2021, Jackson was added to the Las Vegas Raiders’ practice squad. He was freed on October 13th, 2021.

Jackson was added to the Baltimore Ravens practice squad on December 1, 2021. Prior to the Ravens’ Week 13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on December 5, 2021, Jackson was added to the active roster.

He was then moved back to the practice squad. Prior to the team’s Week 15 loss to the Green Bay Packers, he was once more promoted to the active roster. Following the game, he was returned to the practice squad.

On January 10, 2022, he agreed to a reserve/future deal with the Ravens. On August 15, 2022, he was freed.
