Britain Covey, a wide receiver and return specialist for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, was born on March 18, 1997. He attended Utah during his college football career before being selected as an undrafted free agent by the Eagles in 2022.

Covey was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent after going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft. He was released on August 30, 2022, and the following day he was added to the practice squad.

For their week one game against the Detroit Lions, he was promoted to the active roster. In the game, he made his NFL debut by returning two punts for 13 yards. On October 1st, Covey was added to the active roster.

Covey attended Timpview High School, where he played quarterback for two years and helped his team to a 26-0 record. He was raised in Provo, Utah.

He completed 4492 passes for 4492 yards and 56 touchdowns while also gaining 2904 yards on the ground for 44 scores. Despite just playing two years as a starter, he concluded his high school career fourth all-time in Utah in terms of touchdowns (with 111).

Covey made a commitment to attend the University of Utah, and as a true freshman, he started eight games and made twelve appearances.
