As an outside linebacker with the National Football League’s New York Jets, Bryce Huff (born April 17, 1998) plays American football. He participated in collegiate football at Memphis.



In his first season, Huff primarily participated in special teams. As a sophomore, he started three games in the pass rush rotation and finished the year with 30 tackles, five tackles for loss, and two sacks.

Huff was chosen to the second team of the American Athletic Conference as a junior after compiling 49 tackles, 9.5 sacks, and 19 tackles for loss, which led the team. He was selected for the second team All-AAC after leading the Tigers in sacks with 6.5 and tackles for a loss with 15.5 once more.

On May 6, 2020, shortly after the 2020 NFL Draft was over, Huff agreed to terms with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent. On September 5, 2020, he was officially included on the Jets’ inaugural 53-man roster.

In a 36-17 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on September 27, 2020, Huff made his NFL debut. He intercepted a ball in that game. Huff’s career-opening sack of Ryan Fitzpatrick came in Week 6’s 24-0 loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Starting linebacker for the Jets going into the 2021 season was Huff. He started the first six games until being put on injured reserve for a back injury on November 4, 2021. On December 18, he was put into action.
