Chandler Wooten is the son of Kelvin and Sandra Wooten. In December 2019, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Liberal Arts, and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree from the College of Education.

Where Did Chandler Wooten Attend College

Chandler Wooten attended Auburn University and played college football for the Auburn Tigers.

Wooten had a total of 140 tackles (80 solo), 9.5 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions, 5 pass deflections, and a fumble recovery in his career over 43 games played.

After missing the 2020 season due to COVID-19 fears, he was chosen captain as a senior and played in all 13 games, recording 95 tackles (tied for the team lead), five sacks, an interception, and four pass breakups.

Wooten was recognized for his scholastic achievements by being named to the Southeastern Conference’s honor roll. He played in 13 games as a junior, recording 27 tackles, 4.5 TFL, and an Interception.

As a reserve LB in 2018, Wooten played in nine games and recorded 10 tackles. As a true freshman linebacker in 2017, he played in eight games as a backup and concluded the year with eight tackles to his credit.

Chandler Wooten participated in the 2022 NFL draft but was undrafted. He had his chance and was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent.
