Where did Elijah Hamilton go to college?

Elijah Jordan Hamilton is a cornerback who majored in medicine, health, and society. His father had a successful career in the National Football League (NFL), playing linebacker for Green Bay and Atlanta over the course of six years.



He received his secondary education at Blessed Trinity Catholic and was rated as a three-star talent by most outlets. Hamilton earned two varsity letters for his athletic prowess in football and track and field.

As a senior, he recorded 47 tackles, 34 of which were solo, four interceptions, and six passes defended. As a junior, he recorded 48 tackles and six touchdowns.



As a senior, Hamilton guided the team to a record of 13-1 and to the AAA state championship game. In 2015, he was named the team’s Most Valuable Defensive Player and received an honorable mention for all-state.

Hamilton participated in 41 games for the Commodores while playing at Vanderbilt from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, he was chosen as the team’s captain.

As a senior in his fifth year, he recorded 24 tackles and three pass breakups in 2020. In five games, Hamilton made more than one tackle, twice earning seven or more stops.
