On April 26, 2020, following the conclusion of the NFL Draft, Riley signed a free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted player.

He was moved up to the active roster on October 10 and October 17 for the team’s weeks 5 and 6 games against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens, and then he was moved back down to the practice squad after each of those games.
