American football offensive tackle Evan Neal plays for the National Football League’s New York Giants (NFL).
Neal was born in Okeechobee, Florida, on September 19, 2000. Prior to changing schools and enrolling at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, he first attended Okeechobee High School.
While three of Neal’s uncles—Frankie Neal, Cleveland Gary, and Jimmie Jones—played in the NFL, Neal’s father, Eddie, was a linebacker at Tulane.
In the 2022 NFL Draft, the Giants selected him as the seventh overall pick after playing college football for Alabama.
In 2019 Under Armour All-America Game, he participated. Neal, a five-star recruit, made a commitment to play collegiate football at Alabama.
