Born on January 26, 1998, Joshua Matthew Sills is an American football offensive guard for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL).

He played college football at West Virginia and Oklahoma State.He attended Meadowbrook High School in Byesville, and was a two-year starter. He committed to the University of West Virginia, and spent his first year as a redshirt.

Sills participated in 13 games as a freshman in 2017 and started 10 of them, five at left guard and the other five at right guard. He participated in 681 snaps and had the most knockdown blocks on the squad with 13. In 2018, Sills started 12 games, participated in 970 plays, and was later selected second-team All-Big 12 Conference. In 2019, he played in just two games and made just two starts.



For the 2020 season, Sills transferred to Oklahoma State University. He was selected to the first team of the Big 12 Conference that year and started all 11 of his games. He declared that he would join the team again in January 2021 for his senior season.

He was elected team captain as a senior and led Oklahoma State in both knockdown blocks (41) and pancake blocks (21) to earn a spot on the first team of the Big 12 for the second year in a row. Additionally, he was nominated for the Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year award but was unsuccessful in winning it.

Sills declared for the NFL Draft on January 5, 2022. He went unselected in the draft, but was later signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent.
