Where did Kai Nacua attend college?

Professional football player Kai Nacua, also known as Kaimana Nacua, plays free safety for the National Football League’s New York Jets. Kai is 93 kilos and 1.83 meters tall. On March 3, 1995, Lionel and Penina Nacua in Las Vegas, Nevada, gave birth to him. Kai attended Henderson, Nevada’s Liberty High School.

He attended Brigham Young University (BYU) after high school and played NCAA football for the BYU Cougars. In May 2017, the Cleveland Browns selected him as an undrafted free agent. They dismissed him on September 3, 2017, and the next day they added him to their practice squad. He was added to the active roster on September 8, 2017.

In April 2018, the Browns released Nacua. In May 2018, he was claimed off waivers by the Baltimore Ravens. In December 2018, he joined the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad. He and the Panthers agreed to terms on a reserve/future contract on December 31, 2018. He was granted his freedom in August of this year.

Nacua joined the San Francisco 49ers practice squad in November 2020, and on December 2 he was elevated to the active roster. Nacua was signed by the New York Jets in December 2021 after being dropped by the 49ers off their practice squad. On December 25, 2021, he was added to the list of the active players.
