Trent Sherfield, an American football wide receiver with the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins, was born on February 26, 1996. (NFL). At Vanderbilt, he played collegiate football.

Sherfield joined the Arizona Cardinals on May 9, 2018, as an undrafted free agent.

Sherfield recovered a blocked punt for a score on August 23, 2018, during a preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys. He caught two catches for a total of 44 yards the following week during a game against the Denver Broncos.

Sherfield had 19 receptions for 210 yards and one score in 13 games, including two starts as a rookie.
