Christopher DeShun Jones is a defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. Jones was born on July 3, 1994, and now plays for the team.
His college football career was spent at Mississippi State, and the Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the second round of the NFL Draft in 2016.
Jones went to high school in Houston, Mississippi, at Houston High School, where he was a member of the Houston High School Hilltoppers football team.
Jones was a five-star recruit who was regarded as one of the best athletes in his graduating class and was ranked among the top players overall.
He will play collegiate football at Mississippi State University, where he has already made a commitment. As a first-year student at Mississippi State in 2013,
Jones participated in all 13 of the Bulldogs’ games and started three of them. He was credited with 32 tackles and three quarterback sacks.
He played in all 13 games as a sophomore and recorded 26 tackles and three sacks during that season.  He started all 13 games he played as a junior, compiling a total of 44 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
After completing his junior year of college, Jones came to the conclusion that he would skip his senior year in favour of participating in the 2016 NFL Draft.
He was given the invitation to participate in the NFL Combine and finished the entirety of the workout as well as all of the positional exercises.
Jones experienced a wardrobe malfunction while running the 40-yard dash, which revealed his genitalia. He then fell to the ground to rectify the problem before continuing the race.
