He was reared in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was born on June 9, 1998. At Lawrence Central High School, he participated in high school football. Later, he participated in NCAA football with the University of Cincinnati’s Cincinnati Bearcats.
From 2017 to 2020, he was a player at the University of Cincinnati. He made his Bearcats debut in the 2020 campaign.
