In the National Football League, Isaiah Mack plays defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens. He weighs 136 kilograms and stands 1.85 meters tall. He played football while attending Northwest Whitfield High School. As a junior, he has 137 tackles and eight sacks. He was recognized for the Region 7-AAAA first team as the best defensive player in the area.

As a senior, he was again selected for the first team all-region and awarded defensive player of the year. He declined offers to play collegiate football from other institutions in favor of the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. While a student at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, he participated in football with the Chattanooga Mocs.

His first season in college was a redshirt, but he played for five. He made the Tennessee Titans his team of choice in April 2019. He played in his first NFL game, which was the season opener against the Cleveland Browns. November 2020 marked the conclusion of his time with the Titans. He was released by the Tennessee Titans, and the New England Patriots picked him up off waivers.

The Denver Broncos signed him in February 2021; but, in August of that same year, they released him. In October of that same year, he was added to the Pittsburgh Steelers’ practice squad. He was not involved as of November 2021. In November 2021, the Baltimore Ravens named him to their practice squad. He and the Ravens came to an agreement on a reserve/future deal in January 2022.
