Rachad Wildgoose plays professional football as a cornerback for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He is 87 kg in weight and 1.78 meters tall. On June 20, 2000, in Miami, Florida, Rachad Wildgoose Sr. and Keweshia Patterson welcomed him into the world. Rachad attended Northwestern High School. In April 2017, he decided to play college football for Rutgers.



However, he had a change of heart by May of that year. In June 2017, he reaffirmed his commitment to Georgia, but withdrew in January 2018. He made a commitment to Wisconsin in February 2018 and returned to the school in April to play for the Wisconsin Badgers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He played in 10 games in 2018, starting seven of them, and he had 29 tackles. In 2019, he took part in every game, recording 22 tackles and 1 interception. He participated in just two games in the 2020 season. After his fourth season, he made the decision to forego the contest and enter the NFL Draft. His selection came in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills.



On May 13, 2021, he committed to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for a $4 million rookie deal. He was released on August 31, 2021, and later re-signed by the Buffalo Bills practice squad. He was moved from the Bills practice squad to the New York Jets’ active roster in November 2021.
