For the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League, inside linebacker Zakoby McClain participates in football professionally. He weighs 99 kg and stands 1.83 meters high. He was raised in Valdosta, Georgia, a city in the United States, where he also played football and went to Valdosta High School. After high school, he was a 4-star recruit.



In addition to being Georgia’s top prospect, he was considered the best outside linebacker prospect in the entire nation. He chose to attend Auburn University despite receiving offers from LSU, Tennessee, and other schools. He represented the Auburn Tigers between the years 2018 through 2021 while playing collegiate football.

Zakoby McClain’s first campaign only gave him a small part. The year after, as a sophomore, he started every game, and his 99-yard pick-six against Alabama in the 2019 Iron Bowl gave the Tigers an upset 48-45 victory. He set a national record for tackles in a season with 113 overall during his junior year.

During his senior year, he was selected for the Second-Team All-SEC Team. In December 2021, Zakoby revealed that he will skip Auburn’s bowl game in favor of entering the 2022 NFL Draft. He signed a contract with the Baltimore Ravens despite not being chosen in the 2022 NFL Draft.
