Adriel Jeremiah Green, also known by his stage name A. J. Green, is a well-known wide receiver for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He stands 1.93 meters tall and weighs 94 kilograms. He went to Summerville High School, which is in Summerville, South Carolina. He competed in football, basketball, and track as a three-sport athlete at Summerville.

He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs at the University of Georgia from 2008 to 2010 after graduating from high school. His collegiate career was over with 166 receptions for 2,619 yards and 23 touchdowns. He formally stated his intent to enter the 2011 NFL Draft in January.

The Cincinnati Bengals took Green with the fourth overall choice in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft. In Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens in September 2018, he scored three touchdowns for the first time in a game of his professional career. All three came in the first half, and the team won 34–23 as a result.

In March 2021, he agreed to an 8.5 million dollar, six million dollar guaranteed, one-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals. He reached 10,000 career receiving yards in Week 14’s game against the Los Angeles Rams. He had 54 receptions for 848 yards and three touchdowns towards the end of the season. He re-signed with the Cardinals in April 2022 on a one-year deal.
