Sean Anthony Manage is a well-known Major League Baseball pitcher for the San Diego Padres in the United States. Sean Manaea was reported to have been born in Valparaiso, Indiana, in the United States, on February 1, 1992. At the time, it was known that he had previously played for the Oakland Athletics and played collegiate baseball for Indiana State University.

In exchange for pitching prospect Adrian Martinez and minor league infielder Euribiel Angeles, San Diego acquired Manaea, 30, and minor league right-hander Aaron Holiday from Oakland.
