Siri entered into an agreement with the Houston Astros organization on December 23, 2020, to play minor league baseball. The Triple-A Sugar Land Skeeters were Siri’s first team of the season in 2021.

He participated in 94 games for the Skeeters, hitting.318/.369/.552 with 16 home runs, 72 RBIs, and 24 steals in 27 attempts.



He was given his MLB debut the next day against the San Diego Padres by being used as a pinch-runner in the ninth inning. Siri’s first run in the major league came off of a single by Jake Meyers, who subsequently drove him home from second base.

On September 13 in left field, Siri made his major league debut. He had a 4-for-5 performance against the Texas Rangers, knocking in 5 runs and hitting 2 home runs.
