Kendrick L. Bourne is currently a wide receiver for the New England Patriots in the National Football League. He was born on August 4, 1995. At Eastern Washington, he played collegiate football and he was a member of the San Francisco 49ers as well.
While attending Eastern Washington University and playing collegiate football from 2013 through 2016, Bourne participated. He was regarded as EWU’s top receiver.
As an undrafted free agent, Bourne was signed by the San Francisco 49ers to a three-year, $1.67 million deal on April 30, 2017. A $25,000 guarantee and a $5,000 signing bonus were part of the agreement.
He participated in his first professional regular-season game as the San Francisco 49ers fell to the Carolina Panthers 23-3 in the season opener.
Following that, Bourne was a healthy scratch for the next five games (Weeks 2–6). On November 5, 2017, while the Arizona Cardinals were losing 20-10, Bourne hauled in two catches for 39 yards.
The New England Patriots and Bourne reached a three-year, $15 million contract on March 19, 2021. In Week 6’s 35-29 overtime loss to the Dallas Cowboys, Bourne’s lone grab resulted in a 75-yard score for the Patriots.
Nelson Agholor caught a 25-yard touchdown throw from Bourne in Week 7 against the New York Jets, marking the quarterback’s first career score.
Bourne contributed to the Patriots’ 36-13 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 12 with 5 receptions for 61 yards and 2 touchdowns, including one of 41 yards.
