Jalen Mills is a cornerback for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Mills participated in college football at LSU, where he was named to the first team of All-Americans.

Before joining the Patriots, Mills played with the Eagles for a total of five seasons, during which time they won the Super Bowl triumph in Super Bowl LII.

Mills started out his education at Lancaster High School, located in Lancaster, but for his senior year he moved on to DeSoto High School, located in DeSoto, Texas.



In 2011, Mills recorded 26 tackles, one interception, and six pass breakups, which contributed to the DeSoto Eagles’ 10–2 record and an appearance in the second round of the UIL 5A Division 1 playoff, where they were defeated by Dallas Skyline 41–31.

Mills efforts helped the Eagles advance to the second round of the playoffs. Mills was ranked as a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, and he made a verbal commitment to play college football for Louisiana State University (LSU) under the direction of head coach Les Miles.
