Anthony Firkser is a member of the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons football team as a professional football player. He stands 1.88 meters tall and weighs 112 kilograms. He went to Manalapan High School, where he started playing football in his sophomore year. He established career school records at Manalapan by catching 110 passes for 2,118 receiving yards, and 19 touchdowns.
He received the All-Shore Offensive Player of the Year honor following his senior season as a wide receiver. Additionally, he was chosen for the All-Shore first team twice. After graduating from high school, he attended Harvard University and participated in the Harvard Crimson football team’s collegiate season.
He received an applied mathematics degree from Harvard. He concluded his collegiate career with the 12th-most receptions, ninth-most receiving yards, and sixth-most touchdown receptions in school history. Firkser joined the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in May 2017. In September 2017, the Jets released him off their roster. He was added to the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad in November.
He was released in April 2018. He was acquired by the Tennessee Titans in May 2018. He signed a one-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons in April 2022, but he was cut loose in August of that same year. The following day, he was added to the practice squad, and in September 2022, he was elevated to the active roster.
