Hafford, a cornerback prospect who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds, won the 2021 Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year award after recording six interceptions, seven pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries. Another player with a wealth of experience, he spent six seasons at Tarleton State, which competes in the FCS, and participated in 56 games during that time.
