Baseball pitcher Kristofer Bubic of the Kansas City Royals is an American professional baseball player (MLB).

Bubic graduated from Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, in 2015. He went 8–2 with a 0.89 ERA as a junior and a 1.20 ERA with 82 strikeouts in 70 innings as a senior.

He was not selected out of high school in 2015 and attended Stanford University, where he played for the Stanford Cardinals.

Bubic was 0–3 with a 3.26 ERA in 21 games as a rookie in 2016. (six starts). In 2017, he started 15 games, going 7–6 with a 2.79 ERA with 96 strikeouts in 90 innings.

He pitched for the Yarmouth–Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod Baseball League, finishing 4–1 with a 1.65 ERA in 32+23 innings.2017–18: He was chosen to the Pac-12 All-Conference Team, going 8–1 with a 2.62 ERA.

Bubic was picked 40th overall by the Kansas City Royals in the 2018 MLB draft and signed for $1,597,500 on June 18. He debuted with the Idaho Falls Chukars and was an All-Star in the Pioneer League.

On July 31, 2020, Bubic made his MLB debut, pitching four innings, surrendering three earned runs and striking out three.

Bubic made 10 starts for the 2020 Kansas City Royals, going 1-6 with a 4.32 ERA with 49 strikeouts in fifty innings.
