The New England Patriots of the National Football League have offensive tackle William Sherman, also referred to as Will Sherman on their team. He is 136 kg in weight and 1.93 meters tall. He was born on May 27, 1999, in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the United States. At Allen High School, Will Sherman competed in high school football under Terry Gambill’s direction with teammates Greg Little and Kyler Murray.
Except for his freshman year, he played varsity football while still in high school. He threw the shot put and the discus while competing in track and field for the school. He played collegiate football for the Colorado Buffaloes team while attending the University of Colorado following high school.
He was taken by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 197th overall pick. In May 2021, Sherman fully committed to the New England Patriots. He was released by the Patriots on August 31, 2021, and re-signed to the practice squad. He and the Patriots reached an agreement on a reserve/future contract on January 17, 2022.
