He played football for Old Dominion University while in college. Pascal attended Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School, where he played football and completed his secondary education.

Pascal was selected for both the all-county first team and the third team for the all-state squad during his senior year of high school.

Pascal attended Old Dominion University from 2014 to 2016, where he also played collegiate football. He played a key role in Old Dominion’s 2016 run to the Bahamas Bowl,

the school’s first-ever participation in a bowl game. He racked up 78 yards on the rush and scored a touchdown throughout the game in the victory over Eastern Michigan.

Pascal joined the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent after the 2017 NFL Draft after agreeing to play for them. He was released from his contract by the Redskins on September 2, 2017.

Pascal was added to the roster by the Indianapolis Colts on June 15, 2018, after being claimed off of waivers. On September 30,

he scored his first NFL touchdown thanks to a pass from Andrew Luck during a game against the Houston Texans.

The match entered extra time. Pascal signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles and became a member of the organization on March 21, 2022.

He initially chose to wear the number 11, but once the Eagles acquired A. J. Brown through trade, he switched to number 3.
