After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Old Dominion University, where he played football from 2014 to 2016. He was released on September 23, 2017, and later re-signed to the Titans’ practice squad. He and the Titans reached an agreement on a reserve/future contract on January 15, 2018. In September 2029, he scored his first NFL touchdown.
In the 2018 season, he had 27 receptions for 268 yards and two touchdowns. 2018 June 14 saw his release. The Indianapolis Colts took him off waivers the next day. When Pascal signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles in March 2022, he reconnected with Nick Sirianni, his former offensive coordinator with the Indianapolis Colts.
