His collegiate football squad was the Old Dominion Monarchs. After finishing elementary school, Pascal attended Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School, where he was active in football.

Pascal made the first team of all-county and the third team of all-state in his senior year of high school. Pascal attended Old Dominion University as a student and football player from 2014 to 2016.



As a senior in 2016, he played a crucial role in Old Dominion’s historic run to the Bahamas Bowl. He ran for 78 yards and a touchdown in the win over Eastern Michigan.

Pascal was an undrafted free agent who signed with the Washington Redskins after the 2017 NFL Draft. The Redskins terminated his contract on September 2, 2017.

Pascal was claimed by the Indianapolis Colts off waivers on June 15, 2018. On September 30 against the Houston Texans, he caught a pass from Andrew Luck and ran it in for his first career NFL touchdown.
