Zechariah “Zech” McPhearson is an NFL cornerback who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. His height is 1.7 meters, and his weight is 87 kilograms. He went to Riverdale Baptist High School, where he played football. He originally played NCAA football for the Penn State Nittany Lions team at Pennsylvania State University after graduating from high school.

He spent two seasons playing football at Penn State before moving to Texas Tech, where he played for the Red Raiders. He played in all 12 of the “Red Raiders'” games during his junior season, starting all of them. He contributed 51 tackles for them during the year.

In his senior year, he played in all 10 games, starting 9, made 53 tackles, at least two tackles in every game, and four interceptions. He was chosen First-team All-Big 12 by the league coaches, Associated Press, and Phil Steele Magazine. The Philadelphia Eagles selected McPhearson with the 123rd choice overall in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

In June of that year, he agreed to a four-year rookie deal with the Eagles. He won the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week award in Week 1 of the 2022 season when he made two special teams tackles and recovered an unexpected onside kick attempt in a 38-35 victory over the Detroit Lions.
