José Alberto Pujols Alcántara is Sophia Pujol’s father, he is a professional baseball first baseman and designated hitter for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball and was born on January 16, 1980.
He was known as “The Machine” or “La Máquina” in Spanish and spent his first 11 MLB seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals.
