Brandon Lowe is an American professional baseball second baseman for the Major League Baseball’s Tampa Bay Rays.
The Tampa Bay Rays selected Lowe in the third round of the draft. After recovering from his accident, he made his professional debut in 2016 with the Bowling Green Hot Rods. In 107 plate appearances, he batted.248, with five home runs and 42 RBIs.
Lowe began the 2017 season with the Charlotte Stone Crabs before being promoted to the Montgomery Biscuits midway through the year.
In 90 games with Charlotte, he hit.311/.403/.524 with nine home runs and 46 RBIs, earning him the Florida State League MVP.
He hit.253/.270/.389 in 23 games with the Montgomery Biscuits. He participated in the Arizona Fall League after the season and was picked to play in the Fall Stars Game.
Lowe started the 2018 season with the Biscuits and also played for the Class AAA International League’s Durham Bulls.
