Brandon Lowe plies his trade with the Tampa Bay Rays in the Major League Baseball (MLB) as a professional baseball second baseman.

Lowe was named AL Player of the Week by MLB.com in the wake of hitting .448 with 4 homers during the second seven-day stretch of August.

He completed the season hitting .269/.362/.554 with 14 homers and 37 RBIs during the abbreviated 60-game season.

Lowe was named group MVP by the Tampa Bay individuals from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America. The Rays completed the year with the best record in the American League.
