Eddie George Is the Tennessee Titans All-Time Leading Rusher. Tennessee Titans are an American football team founded 62 years ago on August 3, 1959. The team which was previously known as Houston Oilers was founded by Bud Adams.

As a member of the American Football League (AFL), the team began to play in 1960 and went ahead to win the first two AFL championships.

In 1997, the team relocated to Nashville from Houston.  The club throughout its history has played only once in the Super Bowl.
It is believed that Eddie George is the all-time leading rusher of Tennessee Titans.

Edward Nathan George Jr. was an American football running back who played for nine seasons in the National Football League(NFL). Currently, the head coach of Tennessee Titans, George was born in September 1973 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Fork Union Military Academy (High school), Virginia, and continued to further his studies at Ohio State University.

Eddie George played for the Tennessee Titans from 1996 to 2003.

During his time with the Titans, Eddie is believed to have rushed 1000 yards in all but one of the seasons. While he is said to have rushed a total of 10,441 yards in his stay with the Tennessee Titans, others say he did a total of 10,009 yards. Nevertheless, these numbers make Eddie George Tennessee Titans all-time Leading Rusher.
