Shane Warne Obituary: How did Shane Warne die?
Shane was discovered motionless in his villa, and despite the efforts of the physicians, he was unable to resuscitate him.
The statement read: “Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived.
“The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.”
It is not yet unknown where he will be laid to rest or when he will be laid to rest.
From Grades 7–9, Warne attended Hampton High School before being given a sports scholarship to Mentone Grammar.
Mentone was where Warne spent his final three years of high school. In the 1983–84 season, he made his first appearance for the University of Melbourne Cricket Club in the Victorian Cricket Association’s under-16 Dowling Shield competition. He was a useful lower-order batsman who bowled a combination of leg-spin and off-spin.
