1. Ken Anderson

2. Andy Dalton

Following Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray, he became the third consecutive Heisman-winning quarterback to be picked first overall in the NFL Draft. Burrow was the only rookie quarterback from his draft class to make his debut during the first week of the season.
Burrow made his NFL debut against the Los Angeles Chargers, throwing for 193 yards and an interception while also rushing for 46 yards and a rushing touchdown in a 16–13 loss.
4. Boomer Esiason
Esiason was selected by the Bengals in the second round of the 1984 NFL Draft. . Esiason began his professional career in Cincinnati, where he played for nine seasons before moving to New York.
