Naomi Judd was a singer, songwriter, and actor from the United States. She and her daughter Wynonna founded the Judds duo in 1983, which went on to win five Grammy Honors and nine Country Music Association awards.

Wynonna Ellen Judd is an American country music vocalist who has received numerous awards. She is a well-known and award-winning female country singer.

She has 19 No. 1 singles to her credit, including the Judds’, making her one of the most successful country musicians of all time.



Wynonna Judd’s solo albums and singles are all credited to her. She rose to prominence in the 1980s as part of the country music duo The Judds with her mother, Naomi.

On Curb Records, they released seven albums and 26 singles, fourteen of which were No. 1 successes.

Wynonna established a solo career, also on Curb, when the Judds disbanded in 1991. She has released eight studio albums, a live album, a Christmas album, and two compilation albums throughout her solo career, as well as more than 20 singles.

“She Is His Only Need,” “I Saw the Light,” and “No One Else on Earth” was her first three singles.

Wynonna is best known for her musical talents, although she has dabbled in various fields since the 2000s, including writing, acting, and philanthropy.

As a member of The Judds, Wynonna was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2022.
