She bats in the upper-middle order and bowls right-arm leg breaks on occasion. Raj is the all-time leading run-scorer in women’s international cricket and is widely regarded as one of the finest female cricketers of all time.

In international cricket, she owns a number of records. In Women’s One Day International matches, she is the only female cricketer to reach the 7,000-run mark.

She is the only player in ODI history to score seven straight 50s. Raj also owns the WODI record for the most half-century.

Raj became the leading run-scorer in women’s international cricket in the third WODI match against England in July 2021. Charlotte Edwards’ previous record of 10,273 runs was surpassed.
