Brett Maverick Phillips (born May 30, 1994) is an outfielder for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball in the United States (MLB). He has played for the Milwaukee Brewers and Kansas City Royals in Major League Baseball.

Phillips attended Seminole High School located in Florida. He is believed to have graduated in 2012.

His professional career started with the Houston Astros when he was selected in the sixth round of the draft in 2012. He booked with the Astros right after College baseball.

In the year 2012, he debuted with the Gulf Coast Astros and made 251 hits in 54 games. In July 2015 at around 30, the Astros released Phillips in a trade agreement among other players to the Milwaukee Brewers. With the Brewers, he netted in one season as a center field for 2016.

In his debut with the Milwaukee Brewers, Phillips netted 276 hits and four homes, and an RBI of 12. He made a record hit of 104 miles per hour workout performance throw against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

He joined the Kansas City Chiefs in the year July 2018. He slashed 138/247/262 with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs in a number 30 games.

He is currently with the Tampa Bay Rays and was activated on September 4. He joined the Rays in August 2020.  Phillips is a Christian.
