Brittney Yevette Griner is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Mercury of the Women’s National Basketball Association.

Born on October 18, 1990 (age 31 years), in Houston, Texas, in the United States of America, Brittney is said to have a height that stands at 2.06m.

Brittney is said to have first married Glory Johnson in 2015 but unfortunately divorced in 2016 and married her current husband Cherelle Griner in 2019.



She was born to her parents Raymond Griner and Sandra Griner as well her siblings Shkera Griner, Decarlo Griner and Pier Griner

She played college basketball for the Baylor Lady Bears in Waco, Texas. She is the only NCAA basketball player to both score 2,000 points and blocks 500 shots.
